Katie started out as a nurse and opened up her first day spa in 2006 but couldn’t quite reconcile the ethics of putting wax around the eyes knowing it’s the thinnest part of the skin and so prone to damage. A quest for a safer alternative and a trip to the uk and the idea for new definition brows™ were born.
She’s now been shaping brows for nearly 8 years and is totally obsessed by them. Her brow makeovers are nothing short of minor miracles. People travel all around the country just to have this treatment performed at CHANGES with one of her team of Brow Angels® It’s proved so popular that she has started a school of excellence and will be teaching fellow like minded therapists how to master the new definition brows technique. Her goal is to see a certified brow angel in each town around NZ by end of 2026
