We at CHANGES work really hard to prepare for our clients and it is so disheartening when people fail to show up for their treatments, not only that, by no letting us know it does not give us the chance to fill the space with people who do want to come.
Its a fact that Small businesses like ours on average loose $15k a year due to no shows and cancellations and for some people its the difference between make or break.
We are trying to introduce a better culture and this is our new cancellation policy. Please take time to read and booking an appointment is agreeing to our terms of trade.

Changes Medi-spa cancellation policy / terms of trade
By booking an appointment you are undertaking an agreement with us that you will attend your appointment. In return we will prepare your treatment room and get everything just prefect for you and book out that therapist solely to take care of you. If you are unable to make your appointment all that we ask that you show us some consideration and let us know if you cannot make this appointment within a reasonable time frame ie 24 hours
We will text you the day before at 9am, if the appointment does not suit please let us know then. If you need a phone call instead or an email if out of range we can set that up too.
If you fail to make your appointment ie no show but you do want another appointment, we will rebook you only on the condition that you provide us a with a credit card to be held on file / or pre payment, with the understanding that;
· Cancellations within 24 hours* will incur a 50% charge of treatment(s) cost
· On the day cancellations* or no shows will be 100% of the treatment(s) cost
*Obviously there are situations beyond your control and we of course would never penalize anyone for acts of god, road closures ill health etc. - we will just reschedule you.
This is really about just getting people to let us know they cant make appointments!
We know from experience that by us holding a credit card will often be enough for clients to remember to tell us when they cant come.
Other changes
Any double treatment of an hour + will now require a credit card and the same terms apply
We will be no longer be taking booking via Facebook messenger. If you wish to make an appointment with us please just follow the book now button on our Facebook page or call us at the salon.
Accommodation Bookings
All accommodation now must have a credit card to protect us against damage and theft
Credit card charges
We are moving in line with other businesses and credit card payments over $100 will incur a surcharge of 2%
We do hope that these new measures will help to safe guard our business and instill a more positive culture in not only our industry but throughout NZ
