I have been in the beauty Industry for 11 years now and am passionate today as the day I started!
I Worked as a nurse for 22 years both here and overseas, until a back injury at work made me look at alternatives. Seeing the affects stress has on the body and that 80% of Dr visits can be attributed to stress... it was always my desire to run a day spa. Buying The Manor 2005 gave us the perfect opportunity to do that dream. CHANGES Medi-Spa was lovingly created and opened the doors in 2012. We were so thrilled to reach the New Zealand National finals of best new business in 2013.
Now trained in advanced beauty therapy I can use all my skills I had as a nurse. I like to work with skin and more complex issues and mainly work in the appearance medicine wing at CHANGES. Fully IPL qualified and also trained in Medical Collagen Induction Therapy. I can help you with many skin and aging issues. As a Medi-spa we have invested in quality medical grade machines. We also have a clinical clear skin Machine and can remove skin tags and general lumps and bumps and unsightly capillaries. ( no moles tho sorry) We have also invested in a non surgical face lift machine for dramatic stunning results! A must for anyone getting married or needing to look 10 years younger instantly!
I have also pioneered the new definition brows- a new concept in brow design . (After I completed my diploma in threading whilst spending time in the UK 2012.) My passion to improve the brow industry and we started a international training school here in the Wairarapa so we can teach good practices and the New Definition way!
I visited Japan 2015 as we want to launch our own brow accessories and I love representing our brand in expos around the greater wellington Region.

Jasmine Rufford, Spa Manager, New Definition Brow Artist and Tutor
Now on Maternity leave!
Jasmine is well known to the beauty industry as she has grown up in it! Her main passion however, is eyebrows seeing over 100 clients per week!
She completed her Threading Diploma in the UK in 2014 and has her New Definition Brow qualification. Jasmine also trains therapists all around New Zealand in the New Definition Brow technique running 4 courses per year.
Jasmine recently Completed her Microblading training with Advanced Aesthetics International in September and can now give you permanantly stunning brows!
Although she specializes in NDBrows and Dolly Lash Lifts, Jasmine has completed her beautician's course in Wellington and was top of her class too with average of 91%!

Paige Goodin, Head/Senior Therapist - Brow Angel
works Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Paige is fully qualified with her level 5 beauty diploma and internationally CIBTAC Qualified
Paige has been with us since our beginning! She is meticulous and organised and has great attention to detail. Come and see Paige if you want fantastic results with all aspects of beauty therapy. She is passionate about electrolysis and is fast and efficient waxer. She is also AMAZING at Lash Extensions and Manicures
Paige has qualified at dermalogica specialist level and has completed her Dermalogica Peel qualification too.

Hollie completed her Level 5 beauty therapy Diploma and has had further training in massage including pregnancy massage, therapeutic and hot stones. She has been working in the beauty industry for two years and absolutely loves it!
